SUBSTANCE: invention relates to statistical composition of propylene and α-olefin, products and methods of their manufacturing. Described is method of polymerisation, which includes contact of propylene and ethylene with catalytic composition, containing substituted aromatic phenylene diether. Polymer composition contains statistical propylene copolymer and ethylene, which contains substituted aromatic phenylene diether. Composition has B value by Konig from 0.83 to 1.0. Also described is product.

EFFECT: improvement of distribution of copolymer by molecular weight and increased accidence of comonomer distribution, which adds higher rigidity and/or improved optic characteristics to statistical copolymer of propylene and α-olefins.
