FIELD: strapping machine.

SUBSTANCE: strapping machine includes wire feed unit; bend formation block; cutting block; strapping block; motor; and control unit. The strapping block includes: a rotating shaft, which must be driven by a motor; a wire engaging body configured to engage the wire and rotate with the rotating shaft, thereby twisting the wire; and a rotation control portion configured to control rotation of the housing to catch the wire. The control unit is configured to control stopping of the motor rotating in the wire twisting direction based on a position in the rotation direction of the wire engaging housing and a position at which rotation of the housing to catch the wire can be adjusted by the rotation control section.

EFFECT: strapping machine is proposed.
