FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular, to a method of selection of aptamers to cell receptors and surface proteins, which comprises conducting rounds of selection, each of which comprises the following stages: the positive selection followed by removal of unbound DNA; the negative selection followed by separation of the sequences bound with the negative target; amplifying of the aptamers obtained during selection with production of a PCR product. The second and all the subsequent rounds of selection are started with negative selection of aptamers, in the fourth round of selection after the stages of negative and positive selection of aptamers to aptamer-cell complexes an excess of a monoclonal antibodies is added, which are specific for the protein target on the cell surface, the aptamers passed into the solution are separated and amplified.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain aptamers specific for the native proteins.
