FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to aptamers passing through the blood-brain barrier (BBB), and can be used to produce vectors for delivering proteins and drug preparations through BBB. Aptamer selected from SEQ ID NO: 19 - SEQ ID NO: 23, is obtained as a result of selection in vivo, wherein in the first selection round, the DNA libraries are introduced into the peripheral blood, and in each subsequent selection round of the DNA-aptamer pool produced in each previous round of selection. After each round, the DNA-aptamers extracted from the mouse brain are amplified, their specificity and binding affinity to brain cells of mice are checked with detection of a pool of aptamers with the greatest affinity, with subsequent sequencing and analysis of DNA-aptamers.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain DNA-aptamers able to pass through mouse blood-brain barrier.
