SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for cleaning cloth location. A shaft for a sheet material roll comprises a casing and elongated resilient elements. The resilient elements are connected to the casing. Stiffness of the resilient elements in radial direction is less than in the circumferential direction of the shaft. The resilient elements keep the sheet material roll in the central part of the shaft casing. The shaft is fitted by supporting surfaces. The shaft holder is fitted by respective supporting surfaces. The respective supporting surfaces of the holder provides for holding of the shaft supporting surfaces. In essence the shaft is installed in the holder horizontally. Reliable fixation of the roll on the shaft is provided.
EFFECT: easier movement of a shaft and a roll at mounting in the holder and demounting from it.
