A cutting edge comprises a cutting edge section passing from the outer periphery side to the central axis of the cutting tool casing when the cutting plate is fixed in a setting socket reaching the first plane including the central axis, and crossing from one side to another the second plane which is perpendicular to the first plane and includes the central axis.
