SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mobile communication system which employs a technology for estimating the location of a mobile object, and is intended for automatic reflection of information on the location where a base station is installed in an array of information on base stations. Disclosed is a communication device 40, which includes a location unit 421, which obtains information on the location of its equipment by measuring the location of its equipment based on signals received from satellites through a communication unit 410, a base station detection unit 422, which obtains base station identification information in order to identify a base station from a signal received from the base station through the communication unit 410, a history information recording unit 430, which records first history information which includes location information obtained by the location unit 421, in a history information storage unit 440, and which also records second history information which includes base station identification information obtained by the base station detection unit 422, in the history information storage unit 440, and a transmission control unit 450, which transits first history information recorded in the history information storage unit 440, to an information management device 20 through the communication unit, and also transmits second history information recorded in the history information storage unit 440 to the information management unit 20 through the communication unit 410.
