SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely gynaecology, and is applicable for endometrial local immunity assessment. That is ensured by a test involving endometrial tissue sampling from women suffering from an endometrial pathology on the 7-9^th day of menstruation by endometrial pipelle biopsy. The sampled tissue is tested for the relative content of IFN-γ and IL-4-producing lymphocytes with the relation Th1/Th2 calculated. If the relation Th1/Th2 is more than 0.92 standard units, the local immune disorders are stated, while the relation Th1/Th2 less than 0.92 standard units enables stating no signs of the disorders.

EFFECT: using the given method enables detecting the endometrial local immunity and solving the problem of the necessity of a therapeutic correction of the detected disorders in good time in the women suffering from the endometrial pathology.
