FIELD: medical immunology.

SUBSTANCE: used to assess local immunity in patients with psoriasis. From a patient with psoriasis, capillary blood is taken from a finger near the site of psoriatic inflammation in the skin. The percentage of 16 subpopulations of mononuclear cells is calculated on a flow cytometer. The multiplex method is used to determine the concentration of 13 cytokines IL-1, IL-4, IL-6, IL-17A, IL-17F, IL-21, IL-22, IL-23, IL-25, IL-33, IFN-γ, TNF, sCD40L. If the value of any parameter from the above cytokines and subpopulations of mononuclear cells CD45RA⁺/CD45RO⁺, CD25⁺CD127⁺CD4⁺, CD25⁺CD127^-CD4⁺, CD45RO⁺CD4⁺CD161⁺, CD19⁺, CD5⁺CD19⁺, CD1d⁺CD5⁺CD19⁺, CD27⁺CD19⁺, CD3⁺CD16/56⁺, CD14^loCD16^hi is higher than the cut off value calculated for it, and for subpopulations of mononuclear cells CD14^hiCD16^- and CD14⁺CD16^int is lower than the cut off value calculated for them, provided that the values of CD3⁺ mononuclear cell subpopulations; CD3⁺CD4⁺; CD3⁺CD8⁺; CD3^-CD16/56⁺ differ from the values of the corresponding parameters obtained for the healthy control group, assessing the change in the state of local immunity in psoriasis.

EFFECT: quantitative assessment of the state of local immunity in patients with psoriasis by analyzing changes in the parameters of local immunity in capillary blood.
