SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pathological anatomy, reproductology, obstetrics and gynaecology, and can be used to detect manifestation of chronic endometritis (CE). Endometrial biopsy is taken on 7-11th day of the menstrual cycle, sections for histological examination are obtained with hematoxylin and eosin staining, with subsequent histochemical staining according to Mallory for diagnosis of fibrosis of stroma and immunohistochemical reaction with monoclonal antibodies to CD138. Degree of manifestation of chronic endometritis is determined based on the presence of fibrosis in the stroma of the functional layer of the endometrium and morphometric data: counting the number of stained plasma cells CD138, diameter and area of arterial blood vessels of the functional layer of endometrium, which are in the prepared histological preparation. In the presence of fibrosis, the lumen area of arterioles (Slum-mcm2)≤99 mcm² and diameter of lumen of arterioles (Dlum-mcm)≤7.9 mcm, number of CD138 positive cells 4 and more, chronic endometritis of a pronounced degree is determined. In the presence of fibrosis, the lumen area of the arterioles is (Slum-mcm²) 100≤Slum≤149 mcm² and diameter of lumen of arterioles (Dlum-mcm) 8.0≤Dlum≤9.9 mcm, number of CD138 positive cells 2 or 3, moderate chronic endometritis is determined. In the absence of fibrosis, the lumen area of the arterioles is (Slum-mcm²) 150≤Slum≤449 mcm² and diameter of lumen of arterioles (Dlum-mcm) 10.0≤Dlum≤19.9 mcm, number of CD138 positive cells is not more than 1, low degree of chronic endometritis is determined.

EFFECT: invention provides determination of manifestation of chronic endometritis.
