FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: alternating-current active energy meter contains wires of the electric mains and wires of load and electrically interconnected transformer, a current sensor, a voltage sensor frequency and power converter, a microcontroller, a permanent memory unit, a liquid-crystal display with a driver, a program interface driver, a modem for data transfer through the power line, an optron decoupling unit, a card reader, an uninterrupted power supply unit, a phase matching unit with a narrow-band rejection filter. The device contains also a repeater of voice and light announcement with public address system and an alarm button unit with microphone. At that the repeater unit is connected electrically through the modem for data transfer through the power line and phase matching unit with a narrow-band rejection filter to the Emergency and Civil Defence Service for the purpose of voice and light announcement about emergencies, accidents, natural disasters, and the alarm button unit with microphone is connected electrically through the optron decoupling unit, the modem for data transfer through the power line and phase matching unit with a narrow-band rejection filter to the emergency services of the police, EMERCOM and ambulance.
