The X-ray imaging device according to the present invention includes a phase grating 130, an absorption grating 150, a detector 170 and an arithmetic unit 180. The arithmetic unit 180 executes a step for performing Fourier transform for Moire intensity distribution obtained by the detector and obtaining a spatial frequency spectrum. The arithmetic unit 180 also executes a phase reconstruction step for separating the spectrum corresponding to the carrier frequency from the spatial frequency spectrum obtained at the Fourier transform step, performing inverse Fourier transform for the separated spectrum and obtaining a differential phase image.
EFFECT: obtaining a differential phase image of a phase image of an object using at least one imaging operation.
