FIELD: imaging.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a signal processing system; it can be used for detection of X-ray radiation. A device is proposed, containing a component and a machine-readable carrier for implementation of a method for processing of signals for darkfield, or phase-contrast, or transmission imaging. The method includes following stages: readings are received (S510) from X-ray imaging detection device (XD) within an imaging path of the X-ray imaging device having the component containing a layer split into different regions (Rj) with at least one interface (IF), wherein the layer is a scintillation layer, or semiconductor layer (SEM), or photodiode layer (DL), while regions have corresponding periodical structures with different phases and meet or connect near corresponding interfaces, wherein at least one of regions is a single-pixel region; moreover, a layer surface is separated so that each location on the specified surface gets precisely to one of phase regions Rj; readings are converted (S520) into signals of a darkfield, or phase-contrast, or transmission image, wherein the specified conversion includes regularization.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a possibility of improvement of resistance to noise in phase-contrast and/or darkfield imaging.
