FIELD: printing.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a process cartridge and an electrophotographic image forming device in which the process cartridge is used. The process cartridge is proposed, mounted with the ability to remove in the main assembly of the electrophotographic image forming device, and the device comprises a first side positioning part of the main assembly, the second side positioning part of the main assembly, a first side guide of the main assembly, a second side guide of the main assembly, a first regulating part of the main assembly, the second regulating part of the main assembly, the forcing element for forced displacement of the process cartridge to the side positioning part of the main assembly due to the driving force, and the said process cartridge comprises: an electrophotographic photosensitive drum; processing means acting on the said electrophotographic photosensitive drum; a first side guided cartridge part, guided by the first side guide of the main assembly when the said process cartridge enters the main assembly along an axial direction of the said electrophotographic photosensitive drum; the second side guided part of the cartridge guided by the second side guide of the main assembly when the said process cartridge moves in the main assembly along the axial direction of the said electrophotographic photosensitive drum when it is installed in the main assembly; the first regulated part of the cartridge, provided on the front side with respect to the movement direction, for adjusting by the first side regulating part of the main assembly in its movement upwards when the said process cartridge moving in the main assembly, directing through the first side guide of the main assembly and the second side guide of the main assembly, is forcedly moved upwards by the driving force of the said forcing element; a second regulated part of the cartridge, provided on the front flank towards the direction of movement, for regulating by the first side regulating part of the main assembly as it moves upwardly when the said process cartridge, moving in the main assembly; directing through the first side guide of the main assembly and the second side guide of the main assembly, is forcedly moved upwards by the driving force of the said forcing element; the first side positioned part of the cartridge, positioned on the first side positioning part of the main assembly by the said driving force of the said forcing element after the said first regulated part of the cartridge, moving in the main assembly, and at that regulated in movement upwards by the said first side regulating part of the main assembly, passes the first side regulating part of the main assembly; and a second side positioned part of the cartridge, positioned on the second side positioning part of the main assembly by the said driving force of the said forcing element after the said second regulated part of the cartridge, moving in the main assembly, and the regulated in moving upwards by the said side regulating part, passes the second side regulating part of the main assembly, and the said process cartridge is mounted to the main assembly with the said first side part of the cartridge, positioned on the first side positioning part of the main assembly by the driving force of the said forcing element, and the second side part of the cartridge, positioned on the second side positioning part of the main assembly by the driving force of the said forcing element.
EFFECT: technical result consists in developing a process cartridge and an electrophotographic image forming device in which, when the process cartridge is mounted to the main assembly of the device, the first side positioned part of the cartridge and the second side positioned part of the cartridge experience less friction on the element or elements of the main assembly and are less contacted with the element or elements of the main assembly, and to improve the operational efficiency of mounting the process cartridge into the main assembly of the device, also to improve the accuracy of positioning the process cartridge in the main assembly and enhancing the mounting convenience and accuracy of positioning the process cartridge into the main assembly of the device.
