SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process cartridge and an electrophotographic image forming device, which is also used. The essence of the claimed invention consists in that the device comprises a photosensitive drum; a developing roller configured and located to develop the electrostatic latent image formed on the said photosensitive drum and with the ability to rotate about its axis; a connecting element (20) provided adjacent to one axial end of the said developing roller, the said connecting element comprises a part of receiving the driving force, configured and located for receiving the driving force for rotating the said developing roller and with the ability to move relative to the said developing roller in the direction intersecting the axis of the said developing roller; and a retaining part configured and located to retain with the ability of rotation of the said part of receiving the driving force.
