SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing if wastes. This system transfers wastes or reusable material in packs with handles, bags or sacks to, say, refuse bin and, therefrom, to processing means, with the help of trucks, Note here that RFID-identifier with sealing means is used along with said packs, bags or sacks. Sensor is arranged at disposal point or nearby it, said point being composed by refuse processing room. Data read by sensor from said RFID-identifier is transmitted to refuse transfer system control unit. Said data is used to transmit the control data from control unit to terminal of refuse collector and/or from disposal room to define refuse bin filling or concentration of refuse at disposal room. Said RFID-identifier is fitted at joint with said packs, bags or sacks, or the like, preferably, in sealing means. note also that said sensor is arranged at the joint with disposal room or nearby it. Data read from RFID-identifier is transmitted as described above.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of refuse collection, sorting and servicing.
