SUBSTANCE: method involves potatoes cutting and blanching, spring onions and parsley greens cutting and freezing, tofu, pickled cucumbers and pickled mushrooms cutting, the listed components mixing, the produced mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation. The method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls. Additionally, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is preliminarily poured with water for swelling.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
