FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: resistance temperature detector (10) with the first element (6) of the temperature detector and the second element (7) of the temperature detector is claimed. The first element (6) of the temperature detector consists of the first measuring section and the second element (7) of the temperature detector consists of the second measuring section. At that the first and the second measuring sections are on the substrate (1) which undergoes anisotropic thermal expansion with at least two extension directions different from one another (a, c). The projection of the first measuring section on the expansion direction (a) differs from the projection of the second measuring section on the expansion direction (c).
EFFECT: improvement of accuracy of temperature measurement of the object.
