FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric engineering, and namely to testing hardware and electric equipment, particularly, to testing of electric drives with asynchronous motors. A test bench comprises a programmable controller with a PID-controller, a frequency converter, a measuring kit and a tested electric motor connected by its stator windings to the mains through the measuring kit, an automatic circuit-breaker and a frequency converter with two inputs connected to a temperature sensor installed in the motor case at one side and to the programmable controller at the other side, which is equipped with a data input panel for a supply mode of an electromagnet load module and a control mode of the frequency converter, at that the measuring kit, for example, Resurs-2M, is coupled between the output of the frequency converter and the stator winding of the tested electric motor while the programmable controller with the PID-controller is coupled by its two inputs to the speed-of-rotation transducer of the tested electric motor and an angular sensor for the secondary turning shaft of the electromagnet load module and two outputs, the first output is connected to the frequency converter to control its operation mode while the second output is connected to the electromagnet load module to simulate load in standard operation modes for electric drives and to plot load charts.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities for the bench intended for survey and testing of electric drives in main modes for electrical machines, including multispeed ones, with provision of smooth regulation and pulsed alternating load on the shaft of the tested electric motor, reduction of power losses during testing and provision of records and storage for the measured parameters and characteristics.
