FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: carvone or carveol conversion reaction is carried out in a supercritical two-component solvent which contains CO2 and isopropyl alcohol at temperature of 220-300°C and pressure of 150-200 atm on a heterogeneous aluminium oxide Al2O3 catalyst.
EFFECT: use of the present method accelerates the chemical process, enables to obtain the end product continuously and control selectivity of formation of the end product.
