The invention also relates to specific compounds, a method of reducing or weakening bitter taste, a composition of a food/non-food product or beverage or drug for reducing or lightening bitter taste and a method of producing a compound of formula (I).

EFFECT: obtaining novel compounds which are useful as bitter taste inhibitors or taste modulators.
