SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in power amplifiers of transmitters. A modulator for high-frequency key mode power amplifiers includes an envelope amplifier, a PWM converter, a high-voltage output stage, an output low-pass filter, an output stage driver which enables modulation of the high-voltage output stage and galvanic isolation between the PWM converter with low supply voltage and the high-voltage output stage.
EFFECT: high energy-efficiency and high linearity.
