FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, production of hydrolysates used as food additives, or dry feed sugar- and protein-containing additives.
SUBSTANCE: method involves providing hydrolysis of crude material with hydrochloric acid, followed by neutralizing with sodium hydroxide; homogenizing product and carrying out hydrolysis process with the use of sodium hydroxide at temperature of 100-120°C for 2-4 hours at concentration of 2-10%; neutralizing product with hydrochloric acid, with volumetric ratio of crude material to chemical reactants being 1:4 - 1:6; after neutralization process, dividing product into two fractions (soluble and used for producing of feeds) and drying. Along with known properties, resultant product possesses bactericidal and bacteriostatic properties.
EFFECT: provision for obtaining of product facilitating in increasing of digestibility coefficient for increasing digestion of crude protein in fraction of hydrolysate of rice shell used for producing of feeds.
