FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: residual beer yeast is previously diluted with water in a ratio of 1:1 and centrifuged. The resulting precipitate is treated with sodium hydroxide, then the precipitate is repeatedly diluted with water in a ratio of 1:2 and concentrated by centrifugation. Then the precipitate is neutralized with hydrochloric acid and frozen in a continuous ice generator, homogenized, diluted with water in a ratio of 1:2, concentrated by centrifugation and dried in a drying device.
EFFECT: increase in the biological value of the additive.
