SUBSTANCE: system contains a tool for tissue coagulation and dissection. The tool has a coagulating electrode (19), a cutting electrode (31), and one counter electrode (39). The electrodes (19, 31, 39) are located on the jaws (15, 16) of the working element (12). One of the branches is mobile in direction to the other and from it. The system includes a device consisting of a power supply generator (9) and transformer (T), which has the first output (A1), coupled with the cutting electrode (31), and the second output (A2), coupled with the coagulating electrode (19). A decoupling capacitor (67) is located between the first output (A1) and the cutting electrode (31) and/or between the second output (A2) and the coagulating electrode (19).
EFFECT: reliable and rapid separation and sealing of tissue by means of electric power.
