SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an image forming device. The result is achieved owing to that the image forming device includes: a pixel which generates a photoelectric conversion signal; a comparator configured to compare a pixel-based main signal in an initial state with a time-varying first reference signal and compare a pixel-based effective signal not in the initial state with a time-varying second reference signal, wherein the second reference signal has a greater time variation coefficient than the first reference signal; a counter configured to read a first reading before inversion of the ratio of values between the main signal and the first reference signal, and configured to read a second reading before inversion of the ratio of values between the effective signal and the second reference signal; a correcting unit configured to correct the difference in resolution of the first and second readings and configured to correct the difference between the first and second corrected readings.

EFFECT: high accuracy of analogue-to-digital conversion coupled with prevention of enlargement of the circuit.
