Reading unit generates a digital signal corresponding to the voltage of the gate on the basis of current flowing through the second main electrode of the transistor for a period when the voltage controller changes the voltage of the control line.
EFFECT: invention provides the photoelectric conversion device suitable to simplify the configuration of the circuit of each pixel and produce multi-pixel configuration.
