SUBSTANCE: device comprises multiple image elements placed into a matrix. Each element of the image produces an analog signal; multiple circuits of analog to-digital (A/D) conversion, every of which is placed accordingly to each column from multiple elements of the image for A/D conversion of the analog signal into a digital signal, a circuit of reference signal generation for supply jointly to multiple circuits of A/D conversion, at least two reference signals, which levels of the signal vary in different directions of an electric potential, the circuit of A/D conversion comprises an amplifier, an input capacitor, one end of which receives at least two reference signals supplied from the circuit of reference signal generation, and an analog signal, and the other end is connected with one input end of the amplifier; a feedback capacitor connected between the specified one input end and output end of the amplifier, a comparing device for comparison of the output from the output end of the amplifier with the compared level.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of analog-to-digital conversion.
