SUBSTANCE: method involves recipe components preparation, chicken eggs boiling, shelling and cutting, potatoes and tomatoes cutting and blanching, laminaria blanching and cutting, lettuce, spring onion and greens cutting and freezing, skin-off whiting fillet cutting, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with salt, black hot pepper and laurel leaf, the produced mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
