FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of canned snacks manufacturing. Preserved food is prepared by means of boiling, peeling and cutting of hen's eggs, cutting and blanching of potatoes and tomatoes, blanching and cutting of laminaria, cutting and freezing of lettuce, spring onions and herbs, cutting of skinned whiting fillet, mixing of mentioned components under oxygen-free conditions with table salt, calcium sorbate, black bitter pepper and laurel leaves, packing of prepared mixture and sour cream, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: this invention allows to expand range of technical means and dishes used in manufacturing of canned food which ensures increase of its digestibility.
