FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallic cellular elements used in systems intended for decreasing the waste gas toxicity. Said element comprises ply with anti-diffusion structures made of steel resisting the high-temperature corrosion. Said ply has lengthwise direction (Q), top side (2), bottom side (3), depth (d) varying from 0.015 to 0.1 mm and discontinuous microprofile structures (4, 5) extending approximately in its lengthwise direction (Q). Said structures (4, 5) feature height (SH), length (SL), width (SB) and are spaced apart for lengthwise distance (LA) corresponding to spacing (6) between two microprofile structures (4, 5) located on one line in their lengthwise direction. They are spaced apart for lateral distance (SA) corresponding to the distance between one and the nest microprofile structures (4, 5) abutting thereon from the side. Said microstructures (4, 5) extend, partly, from top side (2) of metallic ply (1). And, partly, they extend from its bottom side (3). Said microstructure (4, 5) are configured so that any theoretical straight line (G) extending perpendicular to lengthwise direction (Q) through ply (1) crosses at least two microstructures (4, 5) extending from top side (2) and bottom side (3). Microprofile structure height (SH) makes 0.02-0.1 mm, preferably, 0.06-0.08 mm. Microprofile structure length (SL) makes 2-10 mm, preferably, 4-6 mm while their width (SB) makes 0.2-1 mm, preferably, about 0.5 mm. Lengthwise distance (LA) between one and the next micro profiles makes over 2 mm, preferably, 4-8 mm. Lateral distance (SA) between microstructures (4, 5) makes 1-10 mm, preferably, 2-6 mm.
EFFECT: soldered joint with no additional diffusion joints.
