FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cellular element made from smooth shaped foil sheet and to method of its production. Cellular element is made of smooth foil sheet and shaped foil sheet. Smooth foil sheet features mean roughness different from that of shaped foil sheet. Note here that to down the foil sheet diffusion bondability on foil sheet features roughness with mean arithmetic deviation of profile Ra varying from 0.001 to 0.3 mcm. Another foil sheet features roughness with mean arithmetic deviation of profile Ra varying from 0.3 to 0.7 mcm. Mean roughness of the former is larger than that of the latter.
EFFECT: higher durability of bond between foil sheets.
