FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite polymer materials and a method of their obtaining. A nanocomposite polymer material is obtained by combined condensation on a substrate of vapours of metal sulfides and dichloro-P xylylene, obtained by pyrolysis of α,α'-dichloro-p-xylene, in vacuum with formation of polymer film films. As metal sulfides used are PbS, CdS, ZnS. After that, a polymer film is additionally heated in vacuum or in an inert gas flow until the film of the conjugated polyphenylene vinylene polymer, containing nanoparticles of PbS, CdS, ZnS, is obtained. The material based on the conjugated polyphenylene vinylene polymer contains 4.2-8 vol.% of nanoparticles of metal sulfides PbS, CdS, ZnS with a size of 4.1-9.5 nm.
EFFECT: obtained material possesses intensive electroluminescence with the maximum in the interval of wavelengths 480-520 nm, radiation power 5-20 mW and optic absorption in a visible area higher than 90%.
