SUBSTANCE: mixture contains natural taste-an d-aroma components in a powder form, a carbohydrate component represented by sugar powder and/or fructose, a foam-forming component represented by a dry extract of licorice roots combined with structure-forming gelatine, inuline and/or potato starch. Additionally, the mixture contains culinary salt, food citric acid and natural biologically active additives.
EFFECT: manufacture of a mixture with stable structure keeping fluidity during a long period of time.
