FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to polymerised toner and a method for production thereof. The polymerised toner contains toner particles which contain 20-90 wt % resin binder, as well as 1-20 wt % pigment, 0.1-20 wt % pigment stabiliser, 0.1-20 wt % charge regulating substance and 2-30 wt % wax. The resin binder contains a copolymer of (a) a styrene monomer and (b) one or more monomers selected from a group consisting of an acrylate monomer, a methacrylate monomer and a diene monomer, and/or a polymer of one or more compounds selected from a group consisting of a styrene monomer, acrylate monomer, methacrylate monomer, diene monomer, acidic olefin monomer and a basic olefin monomer. The pigment stabiliser contains a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, having weight-average molecular weight of 2000-200000.
EFFECT: toner can demonstrate exceptional offset printing characteristics, high efficiency of transfer and uniformity of images and can therefore demonstrate exceptional performance in applications associated with high-speed copying and moving photograph processing.
