SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing polymerised toner and more specifically to a method of producing polymerised toner wherein suspension polymerisation is carried out using calcium phosphate as an aqueous dispersion stabiliser and using a polymeric pigment stabiliser, having molecular weight in a given range. The present invention relates to a method of producing polymerised toner which includes steps of: preparing an aqueous dispersion medium containing calcium phosphate; preparing a mixture of monomers which includes a styrene-based pigment stabiliser, having weight-average molecular weight from 2000 to 200000, a charge regulator, a pigment and a resin binder monomer; dispersing the mixture of monomers in form droplets in the aqueous dispersion medium and performing suspension polymerisation of the mixture of monomers dispersed in form of droplets, and calcium phosphate is used in amount of 2-6 pts.wt per 100 pts.wt mixture of monomers. Also disclosed is polymerised toner produced using said method.

EFFECT: technical result of the disclosed group of inventions is a method for efficient production of polymerised toner, which can provide a narrow particle size distribution, high transfer efficiency and uniform images.
