FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fish fodders. The fish fodder is produced by way of extrusion and contains at least 3 wt % of arginine amino acid and up to 30 wt % of fat. The extruded fodder is fed to fish during at least a part of the period of time before or after migration from fresh water into sea water.
EFFECT: invention implementation allows to prevent reduction of anadromous fish growth in the process of migration from fresh water into sea water.
