FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: rotary hydroelectric engine has housing, set of working chambers with electrodes arranged on the disc inside the housing and shaped to truncated cones. Cone larger bases are connected with the set of domes. Working chamber converging sections face the disc in contact with the disc-shape rotor with the set of Segner wheels. Rotor and working chambers are made in the housing cavity arranged on rotor side with recesses shaped to ratchet-wheel ledges. Working chambers are arranged in circle on the disc and communicated with said set of Segner wheels via radial channels in the disc connected in common drain connected with said set of Segner wheels, their flexed bends facing by open holes the ledges of recesses shaped to ratchet-wheel ledges. Channels composed by said recesses are communicated with holes at dome top. Check valves are fitted at holes of dome tops.
EFFECT: higher specific power output.
