FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves incising the skin, the subcutaneous fat, the superficial fascia 8-10 cm long in the upper and middle one-third of the forearm in a projection of the deep branch of the radial nerve. The deep branch of the radial nerve is recovered and decompressed. The distal end of the arch support is dissected at a distance from an outlet of the deep branch of the radial nerve from a canal; the dissected portion of the arch support is turned under and fixed to the proximal end of the arch support.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the length of postoperative rehabilitation that is ensured by preserving the hand supination function.
