SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication. The method disclosed herein includes a step of transmitting, by a mobile station UE, that is communicating with a cell #A at a first frequency f1, a "proximity feature" message containing a PCI of a closed subscriber group (CSG) cell #1, to a radio base station eNB#A which controls cell #A; a step of transmitting, by the mobile station UE, a "measurement report" message containing a PCI the CSG cell #1, to the radio base station eNB#A; and a step of transmitting, by the mobile station UE, a "system information transmission" message containing predefined information which is broadcast to the CSG cell #1 in response to a "system information transmission request" message received from the radio base station eNB#A.
EFFECT: preventing frequency system information (SI) requests of a target CSG cell during handover.
