SUBSTANCE: disclosed mobile communication system, wherein a mobile station is configured to communicate with a radio base station using multiple carrier frequencies, the mobile station is configured to secure information during communication using the same key for all the multiple carrier frequencies, and also generate a key based on a cell physical identifier and a frequency code of any of the multiple carrier frequencies.
