SUBSTANCE: cholecystectomy is performed. The gallbladder bottom is fixed through a through puncture. A videolaparoscope and an endoscopic clamp are introduced through a single laparoscopic approach device. A tip-pointed needle of the diameter of 2.5 mm is introduced into an abdominal cavity with a metal filament inside. The gall bladder wall is gripped and retracted. The gall bladder wall is clamped within its bottom, and the wall is pulled into a loop. The loop is tightened. The gall bladder duct and artery are visualized, separately clipped and transected. After the gall bladder is separated from the bed, the metal filament is removed. The loop needle is removed from the abdominal cavity. The gall bladder is removed through the single laparoscopic approach device. An umbilical approach is closed in layers.

EFFECT: method enables facilitating gripping and retaining the gall bladder bottom, reducing a number of instruments inserted through the single laparoscopic approach, and providing the freedom of movement.
