SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery, and can be used for gall bladder fixation in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. There is used a device comprising a handle with a button and a hollow end-pointed tube connected with the handle and comprising a metal fibre and a spring-actuated mechanism which is coupled with a button for projection of a hook-shaped forceps needed for grasping the metal fibre. The device is introduced into the abdominal cavity and used to prick the gall bladder wall through, and the metal fibre is released. The device is removed from the formed prick in the gall bladder wall. The device grasp the fibre end. The device is removed from the abdominal cavity through the existing prick in the abdominal wall. The gall bladder is pulled up to touch an internal side of the abdominal wall.

EFFECT: method enables reducing a risk of gall bladder injures, providing more reliable fixation.
