Control is carried out by exposing a magnetic nanosuspension containing a bioactive macromolecule, attached directly or through a ligand to single-domain magnetic nanoparticles, to an external low-intensity low-frequency alternating magnetic field which provides deformation and/or change in conformation of bioactive macromolecules participating in the reaction.

EFFECT: invention provides measured action on a specific metabolism link responsible for a pathologic condition.
