SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, namely to producing representative populations of hematopoietic cells and a kit for preparing them. Method involves culturing hematopoietic cells on magnetic stromal layers obtained by incubating stromal cells with magnetic nanoparticles or magnetic liposomes with subsequent treatment of mitomycin C cells or irradiation with X-ray or gamma radiation to stop their division, when collecting hematopoietic cells, culture is dissociated by treatment with trypsin, collagenase, or another proteolytic enzyme, or by intensive mixing of the culture, and purification of cell preparations is carried out by removing magnetic stroma on magnet.

EFFECT: invention allows increasing the total number of hematopoietic cells collected after culturing.
