FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine. Nanocomposites for luminescent diagnostics and diagnostics of neoplasms include ytterbium complexes of dimethyl ether of protoporphyrin IX, or tetramethyl ether of hematoporphyrin IX, or coproporphyrin III, placed in a polymer shell based on lexan. Nanocomposites additionally contain a core of Fe3O4 magnetite with a core diameter of 10-20 nm. The size of the nanoparticles is 150-200 nm.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the lifetime and luminescence intensity of ytterbium porphyrin complexes in the near-IR region of the spectrum for effective local magneto-luminescent theranostics of neoplasms.
