FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: sensor body is made of three parts: lower (1), upper (2) and middle (3). The lower (1) part made of a refractory inert metal, has a cylinder shape with a figured external surface, a through cylindrical hole (5) in the centre and a cylindrical groove (6) on top. A sensitive membrane (4) is fixed from outside to the lower (1) part of the body in a non-detachable manner. The upper (2) part of the body made of steel has the shape of a thin-walled sleeve with a thick bottom (7). The bottom (7) of the sleeve has a cylindrical hole (8) in the centre with the same diameter, as the hole (5) in the lower (1) of the body part. To the upper (2) part of the sensor body there is a sensor block (9) with a sensitive element (10). Under the sensitive element (10) there is a cylindrical cavity (11), filled with a separating organosilicic fluid (12). The middle (3) part of the body placed in the cavity of the sleeve of the upper (2) part and in the hole (5) of the lower part, made of the refractory inert metal. The middle (3) part is arranged in the form of a bolt with a leg (16) at the bottom and a head (13) on top, having a narrow cylindrical hole (14) along the longitudinal axis. The narrow cylindrical hole (14) jointly with a narrow channel (15) connects the sensitive membrane (4) and the sensor unit (9). Around the leg (16) of the bolt there is a circular bore (17) for a sealing rubber ring (18) arranged in it.
EFFECT: increased reliability of operation of a sensor in aggressive media with reduction of its weight and dimensions.
