FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment and can be used for excessive or absolute pressure measurement under operating conditions with possible effect of high overload pressure up to 1,000 bar. Disclosed excessive and absolute pressure sensor with protection against high overload pressure, having housing made from stainless steel, in upper part of which there is narrow drain hole and in center along longitudinal axis filled with silicone liquid cavity is arranged, above which sensor with sensitive element is located, and in housing lower part soft separation metal membrane is installed, connected to cavity with silicone liquid via narrow opening, arranged along housing longitudinal axis, wherein housing is made of two interconnected and arranged vertically on one lengthwise axis upper and lower parts, wherein from below in housing upper part two compensating membranes are additionally installed, connected via narrow opening, arranged along housing longitudinal axis, with soft separating membrane in housing lower part, and via narrow stepped hole in housing upper part is with cavity filled with silicone liquid.

EFFECT: technical result is compensation of high overload pressure effect on soft separation membrane by compensation membranes movement and provision of sensor normal operating conditions.
