SUBSTANCE: main definitive feature of a declared group of inventions is the placement in the body of the sensor relative to the cylindrical plate, in the construction of which there is installed one or two (depending on the version of the sensor) compensatory membrane, associated through narrow openings, done in the body and in the plate, with two soft dividing membranes, placed along the edges of both parts of a cylindrical body, and simultaneously associated with positive and negative pickup cavities of the sensitive element of the sensor. All cavities filled with separated liquid.

EFFECT: improving of the reliability of the differential pressure sensor, through the introduction of design of various specified means of protection from handling pressure.
