SUBSTANCE: installation comprises a mixer with shock-absorbers installed with a possibility of three-dimensional motion in three mutually-perpendicular planes with a spring attached inside along the entire length. The mixer is provided along a perimeter in the form of a multi-start helicoidal surface with screw lines along its perimeter and screw grooves inside the mixer at the angle of 5°-30° to the mixer axis and is fabricated of, at least, one strip bent in straight lines placed at an angle to the strip edges with formation of parallelograms arranged alternately on the strip to opposite sides. The strip is rolled into cylindrical coils connected with each other along the longitudinal edges forming the unidirectional broken screw lines along a perimeter and broken screw triangular pockets at the outer and inner surfaces of the mixer, at that, the pockets at the inner surface of the mixer differ from the dimensions of pockets at the outer surface A spring of undulated shape with flat section of coils is mounted along the entire length of the mixer, which is provided with a device for changing pitch of coils due to its expansion or compression.
